I am doing a kids birthday cake for 50 people this weekend & was pretty much given carte blanche of style/decor etc. I plan to do 2 tiers with the top 1 being a 6" round, but I'm still not so good at sizing right. What size bottom would you do? I might do square at the bottom if I get a chance to go shopping for new pans.
Thank you.

Add a 10" round to your 6" and it serves 50.
