Does anybody have instructions on making a helicopter out of cake?

I'm due to make one Thanksgiving weekend, I haven't looked for a tutorial, but I have pictures of the helicopter. I'm going to probably used galvanized steel to build the bottom structure of it and secure it to the board, then put a board and cake on top of that. sculpt to look like heli, add the details, I'm thinking for the spinner thing on top (I'm sorry, it's been a long week and I can't think of the name) I'll create a frame out of thin wood and cover in gumpaste. I'm not sure if she wants it to actually spin or not, but if she does, I can work in a motor on a wooden framed thing easier than a chocolate or gumpaste frame.
