Hi Everyone!

I was wondering what chocolate you all use for your ganache? I've been using the Baker's sqaures, but it's like $3+ a box for 8 square of chocolate. Seems a little pricey to me, especially if I'm covering the entire cake in ganache instead of buttercream (before fondant).

Is there anything I can use that still tastes as yummy but isn't so harsh on my wallet?!

I just use semi-sweet chocolate chips and it works great.
