Icing Fruits

Hi. Do CK Product's icing fruits need to be refrigerated? I don't see it on the package so I assume that means no, but just wanted to check.

I wondered the same thing - I have raspberry and went ahead and refrigerated mine just in case.

Yeah me too. My main concern though is once it's mixed with BC. Does that then need to be refrigerated

Got this answer from CK:

Dave,

It can be stored at room temperature if unopened for up to 6 months. Once its opened it is most likely shelf stable for 1-2 days; however anything beyond that point you would probably want to refrigerate it.
