4" High Tier? Really?

I just did a 2 tier that had over 5 inches on each tier. The recipient was truly surprised at the size of the cake, which is a little strange since she specifically requested a torted 2-tier cake. Torting = tall.

yup i agree..IMO, 4" tall tier is decent looking esp for wedding cakes... icon_smile.gif
