I have a three tier stacked wedding cake to deliver early Saturday morning, 10am.
Today is Thursday, I won't have a lot of time tomorrow, can I frost and smooth today.
Or could I crumb coat today, wrap to stay fresh
Or should I just wait till tomorrow night, it will be like 12 midnight before I get to it.
It needs several hours to settle after it's filled anyway, so I'd crumb coat today and finish tomorrow. But I'm a night owl.
