Hi, I'm going to try your buttercream recipe for my 6qt kitchenAid. My question is about the flavoring. I have never used Wedding Bouquet, or the Creme or the Princess. I have been searching trying to see what they flavoring is but am confused. The Wedding is more almond tasting? The Creme is more citrus? Not sure about the Princess.
Someone said they use "1/2 tsp each of Wilton clear vanilla, Wilton butter flavoring, Wilton almond flavoring, and Magic Line Creme Bouquet flavoring..."
For your buttercream what do you think the best combinations for flavoring would be to equal the proper amount for the 6qt recipe? I am not good at creating the right mixture and can't afford to experiment (expensive supplies).
