Hi, I am in the middle of trying to make cookies for my sons silent auction for school and it seems like my dough is to dry. Could someone tell me what I did wrong. I used a sugar cookie recipe that I found here on CC. Also how long should the dough sit in the fridge? Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like it might have too much flour I would add some butter or apple sauce.
