I need to make a cake that looks like this signature pad http://www.epadlink.com/solutions-epadhardware-epadink.php
It can feed up to 150 people, but let's say I'd like to get it as close to possible with still feeling comfortable doing it and fill in with cupcakes. It's for an event at work. What size pans would you use, how many torted layers, etc? This is going to be my first carved cake so I'm a little unsure where to start and nervous.
Thanks!

My suggestion would be to post this in the How Do I forum.

Also, you may need to wait more than 20 minutes before asking for another response thumbs_up.gif

According to the above, a 12x18x4 gives you 98 servings. A 14x14x4 also gives you 98 servings.

I would probably start with those shapes myself. You'll have to add more cake or cupcakes on the side to get 150 servings though.
