I have a customer asking if I can make cake bites that are gluten, dairy and nut free. Any suggestions. I made my first gluten free cake recently but I used eggs in it. Obviously nut-free is easy, but how do you do the rest? Any help would be great! Is it even possible?
TIA!

You can buy the DH Gluten Free or I think the brand is Cherry Hill Farms Gluten Free. Either can be purchased at the local supermarket. Use Silk soy milk for the milk, and egg substitute instead of real eggs. You can add a box of jello to it and an extra shot of extract to give it better flavor. I recently did a dairy free and used the Silk Vanilla flavored and you really couldnt taste the difference in the cake.

I used the DH with the first gluten free cake I did. Didn't even think about egg substitutes. I've never had to deal with allergies in my family so this is all new. Is there any issues with chocolate or candy melts to dip them in?
