It has been incredibly warm and humid here today and the chocolate I had piped onto the wedding cake I am working on was threatening to slide down the side of the cake... and so I made the stupid mistake of putting the cake in the fridge.
Now I have chocolate bloom on my pipework.
Anyone have any ways to disguise it, or help? I thought about spraying some vegetable oil on the chocolate part, but I thought I would ask some experts.
Try using a hair dryer to warm it up slightly.
