I have looked into different fillings, and came across a chocolate hazelnut one.
It says to add nutella to your buttercream...
But I was thinking it would taste much better just as the nutella itself.
Has anyone tried this? Would love to know! Using it on a cake this weekend!
I prefer it mixed in b/c it makes it more fluffy and not so sticky and heavy.
I made a cake for my mother's 60th birthday this way and added the Nutella to chocolate ganache...yummm!
I added it to the buttercream - had to get my bf to taste test it... he said it was delicious!
I'm allergic to hazlenuts!
