How do you handle customer pick-ups? Do you take the cake to your house, and have them meet you there? I have access to a co-op kitchen, but I'm not sure how to get the cake to the customer.

all of my customers are local, within 15 miles, so I deliver, but I don't see any problem with them picking up at your house if you are comfortable with that.

I'm in CA and I rent a kitchen.. The law says we are not allowed to bring our product home. It most go from "permitted facility" to destination. Might be different where you live..you should check with local health dept. I also deliver or meet cusotmer somewhere because it's all local.

Good luck
