How about blue and yellow fondant circles with smiley faces (edible markers) around sides; with the same thing on wires bursting out of cake. It could say A Happy Time for (add names) it would be perfect if you have the funky tappits; I love these for the kids! Just a suggestion off the top of my head. Please post pictures.
