I am in need of purchasing new cake pans. Was wondering what type or brand everyone prefers. I have purchased Wilton in the past, but want my fondant cakes a bit more crisp (sharp edges) and think the rounded edges of the pan are affecting the look I want. Any suggestions? Appreciate the input, thnks.
Magic Line has sharp edges
The Wilton Decorator Perferred pans are heavier than the ones you normally find in the craft stores. They also have sharper edges. I have these as well as Magic Line and I cannot tell a difference when I bake using both of them at the same time. If you have a good cake supply shop in your area, you can look at them both and see what you think.
Good pans made a real difference.
