Does anyone have good recipes for chocolate and red velvet cakes that can be covered in fondant and stacked? I love the recipes I have, just don't think they'll hold up under the fondant!

I love the chocolate and vanilla cake recipe called durable cake for 3d and wedding cakes.It is super most and so tasty.Dense enough to stack.
