Good afternoon! I am working on a cake using the Soccer pan, you know...the half ball. I bought the pan, but didn't realize it didn't come with the instructions. One place says bake @350, but I usually bake @335. Is there a reason I shouldn't bake at my usual temp? Should I put a flower nail in the center? Any good advice?

here is a link to Wilton's site for the soccer ball pan. You can download the instructions for the pan.

Thier directions say bake at 350, but won't that burn the edges by the time the middle gets done?
