I'm about to buy my first good quality sheet pan - probably a 12 x 15 Fat Daddio.Which depth should I get? 2", 3", 4"? Why?TIA!
Pans usually come in 2-3" depths and it's just a matter of prefence if you want 4" or 6" cakes
