Does anyone have a recipe for a moist white cake, NOT using butter? I found that butter makes the cake dry. I like using oil instead. thanks.

box or scratch... the white almond sour cream recipe is by far the most popular on this site... I can't stop making it... that is all my customers ask for... I try to suggest other flavors but it just doesn't work.

Yep. Give WASC a try. It is really moist and flavorful. I was skeptical because I do not like sourcream, but it adds a wonderful moisture and flavor to the cake. I love it now.
