Get The Pleated Look On A Cake Base

Just wondering how to achieve the pleated look with fondant on a cake base. I think it looks so pretty. Couldn't find any info on it.

Do you have a photo or link? There are all sorts of different pleats out there. What are you interested in doing??

Seems like I've seen a lot of pictures but of course can't find one now. I love the look where they take the fondant and gently pleat it on the cake board.

I am also interested in this. I tried to do it about a year ago (when I was super noob to caking) and it came out awful.
