I was wondering if anyone had a good mousse recipe for fillings. So far all of the recipies that I have tried end up more of a pudding texture. For example, when they fill cakes on "Cake Boss" with any kind of mousse it looks light and fluffy which I havn't been able to find a recipe to produce this.
