I use Americolor Electric Green for lime green and it is perfect. Kelly green and lemon yellow should work also. It will a chartreuse color.

For turquoise, mix royal blue and kelly green. I've made several different colors of turquoise and teal. I would make separate royal blue and kelly green. Slowly, add small amounts of the green to get to the color you want.

I just noticed the other day that Hobby Lobby sells Americolors now. If they have Electric Green maybe you can get it locally now.

For lime green I use leaf green and add lemon yellow a tad at a time until I reach the right level of...."liminess" For turquoise I usually use americolor sky blue and mix in teal.
