Hi Mrspriss0912,

This is a tough question. My first response would be that you use Silicone Plastique, because it is the simplest material to use and a good way to start learning how to make molds. The challenge is that you want to start immediately with an advanced project.

Usually it is better to make one piece molds and get the feel of the materials and the process. Don't get me wrong - you certainly can make this mold and an Eiffel Tower is not that difficult. What I suggest is that you go to these pages on my website and take a look at the three tutorials on how to make a 3D mold. Let me know if you have any questions and if another material seems better for you than Silicone Plastique, I suggest you go with that instead.

Hope This Helps,

I wonder why no one has made the mold for the eiffel tower and is selling them? I just want to buy one, I need one and I dont want the hassle of making one, I would love one that has two sides that i can put together, easier to work with. I have done the sugar bottle and it was hard for me, so a two piece tower mold would be great!! Anyone want to sell one????

Kimberly 1966, I have seen chocolate molds of the eiffel tower on ebay , they were too small for my cake and I was worried that they would not stand up to the heat of the sugar. If you would like help with making one though I can tell you where I bought my tower that I casted from and the silicone plastic that Dominic has is super easy to use. This was my first time also and it worked great. Just let me know if I can help and I will keep looking for molds .
Good luck and thanks
