I have a vanilla recipe for cupcakes. I need to make an 11x17" cake. I'm new to all this and I'm not sure how much it will take to yield 2 11x17 pans!! Should I do like 4 or 5 batches? IDK!! I'm stressing out!!
According to Wilton, 11 cups of batter is needed for 1 layer (2") 11x15 cake pan. HTH
