hey there, i'm just starting out makeing cakes/decorating them an i have a question...
i LOVE cheesecake an was wondering if someone asked me to, could i put fondent over it an decorate it?
PLEASE help me out lol

Yep. Thin coat of buttercream (I like SMBC) in between and you are good to go.

I have done it before - you have to keep the cake cold, but it worked just fine as long as you don't make the fondant really thick.

Yes my poker cake was done in fondant cheese cake under a strawberry filling and I use Riches BetterCream, and fondant on top came out perfect...
