I am icing a cake with whipped icing. I know how to do frozen buttercream transfers...can I put them on a whipped icing cake? Then do I keep the cake frozen or refridgerated? What's the best way to keep the black outline from getting consensation and smearing all together?
It won't work. Whipped icing SEVERELY limits any decorations. I use buttercream with a whipped icing filling and tell them to just pick off the buttercream if they don't like it.
