Major Allergies Needing A Cake/iceing Recipe

I have a nephew that has a high allergies to Wheat,Dairy,Eggs. Anyone know of a cake recipe for him.

I believe CC member 'jasonkraft' has a bakery that deals with such things. If he doesn't see & respond to this thread, you can always PM him.
My s-i-l is vegan and also must maintain a gluten-free diet. I haven't had good luck with scratch cakes that are gluten, dairy & egg free. But Pamela's cake mixes are awesome!

Just follow the egg-free directions that are included on the package (use egg free mayo from the health food store) and top with your favorite all-shortening BC. My s-i-l loves my cakes made this way!!!!!!!
ETA: Pamela's mixes are available at many grocery stores as well as Whole Foods and health food stores.
