I need to make a 1/2 sheet carrot cake but not sure how to convert my typical recipe to accomodate the larger pan size. Does anyone have a recipe?

You could use this to figure out how much more batter you need for the larger pan. Then you can just double your recipe or whatever is needed. You are better off planning for extra batter, rather than possibly coming up short. Bake an extra small cake or some cupcakes if you end up with too much batter.
