Forgot And Ingredient

making a large wedding cake and forgot the sour cream in one batch of WASC does anyone know how this will affect it? Have not done this before and didn't realize it was missing until in the oven and mixing next batch!!

You should be fine. The cake won't be quite as moist as usual, but it should still taste good.
