Help!!!! I was asked to make a wedding cake that you are suppose to replace the sugar with powdered sugar, I have never heard of this recipe and I can't find it anywhere. Would anyone know what this recipe is? Thank you for the help!

Might have to tweak the recipes (by adding baking powder) if making large tiers since most pound cakes are made in either bundt or tube pans (which assist the batter to rise).

If the customer just wants you to substitute powdered sugar for granulated in a normal recipe, that wouldn't require any baking adjustments. (Just make sure to substitute by weight and not by volume and you'll be fine.)
