Do You Recognize These Molds? Purse/shoe

I have been asked by a customer to reproduce these cupcakes...I am not sure whose they originally are. They look like very well handpainted molds....the reason I think they are molds and not cutters is because the heels and purses are slightly rounded on the edges like they are semi-3D rather than simply cut out.

A friend of mine found some stuff that seems moderately close but I thought I'd look on here to see if anyone recognizes them.

Thanks!

Are they cutters or molds? I looked at GSA under PME and I didn't see them.

The search functions do not work well....use "shoes" as a keyword, and "handbag"....that's the only way I found them.
