I need to brag to someone. Preferably a someone I don't know that will understand. So Cakecentral friends you are the lucky ones. I started a before I'm 30 list a couple years ago as a joke. Well I turned I found that list again in October last year. I'll be 30 next April and figured WTH. I had always loved looking at cakes and dreaming of doing a wedding cake and that was on the list. Well the month I found the list I enrolled in the Wilton one class and didn't really like it. But over this last year I practiced and read everything I could on cakecentral. This last weekend I did a wedding cake for a friend and it was a huge hit. I just can't believe I did this! I know that it is not as good as most of the cakes on here but I'm proud! So I just wanted to share my story. I may never do another cake again but I got to cross another thing off the list. I only have a few more on there and one more gets checked off at the end of this month. Thanks for listening. I attached pictures as well. at least I hope I did....
