My cousin gave me (2) Wilton 1/4 sheet pans, which have a row of holes along 1 long side underneath the pan. The pans are pretty lightweight, despite how thick they appear and I can only guess that they are INSULATED(?) because of those holes. Since Wilton is not awake right now, I'm REALLY curious to find out (HOPEFULLY tonight?) how old these are and if anyone has ever used them & what their opinion is.
