Halving A Recipe

Simple question: how do I half a recipe calling for 5 eggs? Without using a smaller size egg.... icon_wink.gif

either weigh the egg and then use 1/2


crack 1 egg into a small bowl, whisk it, and pour 1/2 into another bowl.

Cool, the whisk and half method was what I was going to do, just wanted to make sure it would make the recipe "off". Thanks!
