I have a 3 tiered fondant covered wedding cake due. The Bride wants a simple scallop of RI on a fondant ribbon on the bottom of each tier I have to transport this cake approx 50 miles. I need to know is fondant and RI compatible or will it all pop off?

RI and fondant are totally compatible. They work great together. Now if you're using RI to attach a really heavy piece of fondant, you may want to attach when you get there or something. But generally, you should be able to attach, let dry (I try to let them dry over night if I can) and travel with no worries.

Thank you so much. I'm not attaching anything with it ,just some piping decorations. That makes me feel better. Thanks

If you're just using it to pipe you will be fine! Post pics so we can see it!
