hi all! newbie here. does anyone have any suggestions on how to make a cake based on a classic Chick-fil-A sandwich? (see photo of sandwich)

i've done a burger cake before, so i think vanilla cake's good for the bun. but i'm stumped on the actual chicken filet in the middle. the birthday boy likes chocolate cake, so maybe somehow sculpting it out of chocolate cake, then coating it with some kind of crumb? i'm trying to make it look as realistic as possible. so, any suggestions on including the little black specks in the seasoning of the chicken coater? and/or the two essential pickles?

thanks for any suggestions! looking forward to making this!

After carving and icing the chicken you could cover it in crushed grahm cracker crumbs.

You could add a few chocolate cookie crumbs to the graham cracker crumbs to represent the spices. The pickles could be made from chocolate clay or fondant.
