Has anyone ever tried to make a ganache out of the cappuccino chips that King Arthur's Flour sells. I would really like to be able to incorporate it into Toba Garrett's buttercream as a cappuccino buttercream. I found some Godiva cappuccino liquor to put into the buttercream. I've made her Chocolate Buttercream with regular Godiva liquor and White Chocolate Buttercream with White Chocolate Godiva liquor, but I am stumped as to how to make Cappuccino Gananche for that flavor buttercream. The chips are really too expensive to experiment with. Any ideas?
