I have made a banana filling for a cake I have to put together tonight for tomorrow and the filling isn't as thick as I would like it. Any tips on how to make it thicker? I has fresh mashed banana sugar evaporated milk and egg yolk. It was a recipe I found on here and it's my first time making. It tastes great but I think its a little runny..... Thanks !!
I have absolute no experience at making fillings, but how about adding gelatin powder to it?! (I hope I am not too wrong. )
Thank you for trying I left it out a bit longer and it thickened up alittle but more so I used it. I didn't put alot in the cake afraid that it wasn't thick enough but I had to work with it lol Thanks again for trying to help
