I have a request for a whipped topping that is not very sweet. I called Publix and they use a frozen base that they can't sell to me. I have searched the recipes on here and didn't have any luck as usual. I am looking for the white, light and fluffy, unrefrigerated icing that is the consistencly of Cool Whip. If anyone has any suggestions, please help! Thank you!!

Rich's Bettercreme. It is identical to Cool Whip, and it does not have to be refrigerated. I'm in Nothern VA and I can't find it in any of the local grocery stores. I have to go to a food distributor and buy directly from them.

I stopped by the grocery store bakery and they sold me Bettercreme. It took a while to smooth it, but it tastes great! Thanks for the suggestion!
