I am new at cakes.
I am wondering about prep and storage. I am making a choc cake with a minty whipped cream filling and cream cheese frosting. How far in advance can I make it? I know it needs to be in the fridge, but should it be covered? Thanks! Please get back ASAP I am hoping to make this today for tomorrows party!
