I am going to attempt an iron man cake for my nephews birthday at the end of the month. I want to make a 3d head and shoulders. I was going to try and make the head out of rkt. How early can I make the head? I want to get a head start incase I cant pull it off, I have time to make another not so hard but still cool cake. I have never use rkt before eather so that will be another challenge. Any help, and tips, would be great. Thanks

I have another question to add. If I can make chocolate mmf using chocolate chips, can i make red mmf using red chips, seen some at wal-mart before mostly around christmas? Will Colored candy melts have the same effect as chips or will they not work? Thanks to anyone who can help!
