I recently bought a small tub of Choco Pan along with my Satin Ice. I tasted the Choc Pan and instantly spit it back out. IMO it was disgusting, but I don't like white chocolate. I will use it for small accents to use it up but I will never buy Choco Pan again. Satin Ice is smooth and creamy. The Vanilla Satin Ice tastes a little like marshmellows to me.
Again, this is my opinion only. You need to decide for yourself.
Hope that helped.

I really love FondX and FondX Elite. Both are great; the Elite had a smidge of a raspberry taste to it that I love. Very smooth and creamy.
