Does anyone know how quick modeling chocolate will melt in near 90 degree heat? I have some sculpted deer made out of gumpaste and modeling chocolate and the cake will be out for about 2 hours in the afternoon. Do you all think the deer will survive???

To be honest, no, I don't think they'll last very long in 90 degree heat.

Chocolate melts between 83 and 91 degrees (that's the range for white to dark). The oils begin to separate from the solids at a few degrees lower than those temps.
