Just excited to see that my cake (although I'm not the design originator) made it into the most saved!! Am I the only one who gets excited about that?

I am a freak as well. Ive made it to the most saved a couple times and it thrilled me! Most of the time I get little to no comments and maybe a few favorites here and there. So when I see a cake on the most saved, yes I freak out a little.

I'm with you. My last cake made it (barely) but I was thrilled!

I am sooooo with you on this. My blue/brown bridal shower cake made it the most saved and I've felt like a rock star for the past 2 days.

Herekittykitty, that cake is very pretty and the carriage is fantastic. My granddaughter would love it! She has all of those little miniature princesses.

I think your pink and brown polka dots cake should have received more attention. I really liked how you matched the b-day girl's dress. What a cute idea!

How did you get the wood grain on the planks? They are perfect, as was the swirling.

Kitty I rolled the two colors of modelling chocolate together into a rope then twisted them together then folded them & rolled them into a rope again, I did this about 6 times then rolled them flat, cut them out then scribed in the lines. I hope that makes sense!
