How do I make mini chocolate tiara's?? and how do you color chocolate?

I make Tiara's all the time from candy melts...Wilton or Merckens...Print off a copy of a Tiara to the size you want it..I tape mine to a peanut butter jar because it is curved and the rigt size.Make sure you cover it with wax paper..Melt candy melts in a dispoable bag and pipe the outline.Put in the fridge to set for about 15 minutes and redo going over top the same lines..I usually do it about 2-3 times and it always turns out..When it is good and hard gently peel the tiara from the jar and peel the wax paper off.

You need candy colors to color chocolate because of the oil in the chocolate.Regular gel pastes will not work..It can sieze the chocolate.
