I am trying to color my marshmallow fondant I made a deep purple. I have violet gel coloring and I add a lot and it's still a light purple. I even added red and blue no luck. Any suggestions?

Yes it will definitely deepen as it sits....my favourite way to colour MMF though is to add the colour to the melted marshmallows - before I start adding any of the sugar. I have found it makes the colour deep, more even and is a lot less messy!

Yep! This is what I have found works best.
