Hi, I am making a Harry Potter cake for my son's birthday. I thought the easiest thing to do would be either a couple of stacked books with Harry Potter accessories on top of it or an open book, possibly stacked on a closed book. My question is, How do I make the cake look like a book?

They actually sell an open book shaped pan...or you can hand carve...I just loaded one yesterday, a kinda freaky one I got stuck with doing this weekend. icon_eek.gif
