I have been looking for a good carrot cake recipe to make as cupcakes. All the ones that I have tried end up either sunken in or flat, I would really like a nice dome. I couldn't find a recipe that worked for me on CC, since I don't like carrot cake it has been a struggle! Thanks for any tips or ideas.

I just made them from a scratch cake recipe, they were flat, but so moist that I'm not adjusting my recipe. (but I'm going to look at the one Smokey gave you )
