I've got a chocolate cake recipe that tastes sensational.
However it doesn't rise much, and when it does, it rises flat (level) rather than the big hump that you would usually get like a mound on top of the cake.
That's not a problem - less cake wasted when levelling really.
However I freeze them, by the time I bring them out for use, they've actually caved INWARDS.
What am I doing wrong?
What is ypur recipe and how do you prepare it? It's hard to give an answer without more information.
