I'm going to be bringing in cupcakes or cake every month for my work - and October is Halloween Cupcakes! I LOVE these mummy cupcakes(Link below)
Any idea what tip or technique is used to get the bandage effect?

If you're using buttercream, I'd use Wilton tip#45. You'll probably want medium (stiffness) icing.

It's the basketweave tip. The smooth side goes up and the ridges are down.

I use Gummy Lifesavers for the eyes, and the basketweave tip for the bandages.

Great! Thanks guys! Is the basket weave tip - #45?
I'm going to make mini Witch hats too... I couldn't find Hershey Kisses
- so I'm using Macaroon chocolates and round chocolate Mint wafers!
I also found red and white round licorice candy for the mummy eyes!!! lol
